Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and induction processes.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with organizational objectives.
- Oversee employee lifecycle management, including confirmations, transfers, promotions, and exits.
- Handle employee relations, grievance resolution, and disciplinary matters.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and workplace culture programs.
- Manage performance appraisal processes and support employee development initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and statutory regulations.
- Maintain HR records, employee documentation, and HRMIS data.
- Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance, leave management, and employee benefits.
- Identify training needs and organize learning and development programs.
- Support management with HR analytics, workforce planning, and strategic HR initiatives.

Qualification:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.




- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources is preferred.
- 5–8 years of relevant HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.

Required Skills:

- Strong knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance.
- Excellent recruitment and talent management skills.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation abilities.
- Experience in performance management and employee engagement.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS software.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Preferred:

- Experience in media, publishing, or a similar industry is an advantage.
- Robust leadership and team management capabilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Fluent in Marathi, Hindi, and English.
