The organization values practical innovation, customer-centric service, and long-term environmental impact. Role Description As a Human Resources Manager at Kerala's Renewable Energy,



you will oversee the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations. You will develop and implement HR policies, ensure compliance with labor laws, and support leadership in workforce planning and organizational development.

Day-to-day responsibilities include partnering with managers on staffing needs, handling employee queries and conflict resolution, coordinating training and development, and maintaining accurate HR documentation and HRIS records. You will also support initiatives that strengthen company culture, engagement, and retention in a fast-growing renewable energy environment. This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Kannur

Qualifications

- Strong skills in talent acquisition, interviewing, and onboarding processes.
- Experience with performance management, goal setting, and feedback frameworks.
- Proficiency in employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary procedures.
- Knowledge of HR policies, labor law compliance, and statutory requirements in India.
- Ability to manage HR documentation, HRIS systems, and data confidentiality.
- Skills in training design, delivery, and support for employee development programs.
- Experience in organizational development, engagement initiatives, and culture-building.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a relevant postgraduate qualification or HR certification is an advantage.
- Prior experience in an HR Manager or senior HR generalist role, preferably in energy, infrastructure, or other operationally intensive industries.
- Comfort working in office with cross-functional teams and adapting to a dynamic, growth-focused environment.
