Role Description The Human Resources Consultant is a full time, on-site role based in Erode, responsible for supporting and advising on HR operations across the manufacturing facility. This role includes developing, reviewing, and implementing HR policies and procedures aligned with organizational goals and local labor regulations. The consultant will handle day-to-day employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, performance concerns, and engagement initiatives.

Key responsibilities also involve workforce planning, assisting with recruitment and onboarding,



and providing guidance on compliance with labor and employment law.

The Human Resources

Consultant will collaborate closely with leadership and department heads to foster a fair, protected, and productive work environment.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills, with experience in manufacturing or related industries preferred.
- Candidates should possess expertise in HR Policies, including designing, implementing, and updating HR frameworks and procedures.
- Candidates should possess skills in Employee Relations, with the ability to manage employee concerns, grievances, and engagement initiatives.
- Candidates should possess a solid understanding of Labor and Employment Law, including local and national regulations relevant to the garment sector.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field; advanced certifications in HR are an advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with integrity and maintain professional conduct in sensitive situations.
- Experience in change management, HR analytics, and process improvement initiatives is beneficial.
