As an HR Intern, you will support the team in hiring and recruitment activities. The role requires you to actively connect with potential candidates and leverage your existing networks and communities to identify relevant talent. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the team in ongoing hiring and recruitment activities.
- Source and connect with relevant candidates through various channels and communities.
- Leverage personal networks, college communities, student groups, WhatsApp/Telegram groups,
local job groups, and other relevant platforms to reach potential candidates.
- Coordinate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Complete assigned tasks within the given timelines. REQUIREMENTS
- Access to relevant communities and networks that can be leveraged for candidate sourcing.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively.
- Personal laptop and stable internet connection.
- Immediate availability to join. STIPEND
