Job Title: HR Manager

SWBA is looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead our recruitment efforts and support day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end hiring process, working closely with hiring managers to attract and hire top talent, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new employees.

Responsibilities:

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including workforce planning, sourcing, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and ensure timely hiring of quality talent.
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation while ensuring confidentiality and data accuracy.
- Oversee employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, attendance, leave administration, probation, confirmations, promotions, and exit formalities.
- Drive employee engagement, recognition, and retention initiatives to enhance workplace culture.
- Address employee relations matters and support conflict resolution in a skilled and confidential manner.




- Develop and implement HR policies and ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and company standards.
- Coordinate payroll inputs and employee data with the Finance team.
- Prepare HR dashboards, recruitment reports, and workforce metrics to support business decisions.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in HR, including talent acquisition and HR operations.
- Excellent communication, organizational, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
