Role Overview:

We're seeking a high-performing HR Intern with proven interest in recruitment and a strong foundation in core HR practices. This role combines end-to-end hiring responsibilities with opportunities to drive people-centric initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute sourcing strategies using Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals,and other innovative channels.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle — from sourcing and screening to coordination, offer rollout, and closure.
- Partner with hiring managers to deeply understand role requirements,



design structured hiring processes, and ensure alignment on expectations.
- Facilitate onboarding, orientation, and assimilation of new hires to ensure a smooth transition.
- Own responsibilities of employee engagement & relations.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience and strengthen employer branding through every candidate interaction.

Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor's/ Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a quick-paced, high-growth environment.
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, ATS platforms, and data tracking tools.
- Combination of execution excellence, data orientation, and people intuition.
