We are looking for a proactive Recruiting Operations Intern to support the Talent Acquisition team in sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for various IT roles while ensuring a smooth and positive recruitment experience.
Work Mode: Full time | Work from Office | 6 Days Working
Office Timing: 10:00 AM - 7:30 PM
Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, Naukri, LinkedIn and other channels
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interactions
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring teams
- Maintain candidate data and recruitment trackers
- Support end-to-end recruitment activities for IT positions
Eligibility Criteria
- Students or freshers with an IT background or MBA (HR)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of technical recruitment is a plus
