Role Description The Human Resources Manager at BeasyFit will oversee end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement. This full-time, remote role involves partnering with leadership to develop HR policies, ensure compliance with employment laws, and maintain accurate HR documentation. The HR Manager will manage payroll coordination and benefits administration, support learning and development initiatives, and address employee relations issues in a fair and transparent manner.
The role also includes designing retention strategies, conducting HR analytics and reporting,
and fostering a positive, inclusive workplace culture that aligns with BeasyFit’s mission and values. Qualifications
Experience in core HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
Skills in HR policy development, compliance with labor laws, and maintaining HR records and documentation.
Ability to manage payroll processes, benefits administration, and coordination with finance or external vendors.
Competence in designing and implementing training, development, and employee engagement programs.
Robust communication, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills with a focus on fairness and confidentiality.
Proficiency in HR software or HRIS systems and basic data analysis for HR reporting and decision-making.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
Prior experience as an HR Manager or in a similar HR leadership role, preferably in a service or wellness-focused environment.
Ability to work remotely and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
