Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition
- Own the end-to-end recruitment process for intern and entry-level roles.
- Draft and publish job descriptions across platforms such as LinkedIn and Internshala.
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates based on role requirements.
- Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases and ensure a smooth recruitment experience.
2. HR Operations & Employee Experience
- Assist in onboarding new team members and ensure a seamless joining experience.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Serve as a point of contact for interns regarding HR-related queries.
- Support attendance, internship records, and documentation where required.
- Help maintain a positive and collaborative work culture across the team.
3. Employee Engagement & HR Initiatives
- Plan and coordinate virtual team engagement activities.
- Assist in organising feedback sessions and employee check-ins.
- Support HR policies, internal communications, and culture-building initiatives.
- Contribute ideas to improve employee satisfaction and retention.
4.
HR Process Improvement
- Help create and improve HR processes, templates, and documentation.
- Research recruitment trends and best HR practices.
- Support employer branding initiatives across social media and hiring platforms.
What We're Looking For:
- Excellent Communicator: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with candidates and team members.
- People-Oriented: Enjoys working with people and creating positive experiences.
- Organised: Highly detail-oriented with solid time management and multitasking skills.
- Proactive: Takes initiative and enjoys solving problems independently.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with LinkedIn, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office is a plus. Experience with HR or ATS tools is an added advantage.
- Academic Background: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field (not mandatory).
