Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include - Conceptualise, plan and execute the employee engagement calendar, encompassing weekly recreational programming, cultural and festival observances, milestone and achievement recognition, and team-building initiatives

- Manage internal employee campaigns end to end — from ideation and creative development through to communication, rollout, participation tracking and post-initiative review
- Front-end engagement activities on the floor as the visible point of contact for employees — hosting and anchoring sessions, coordinating vendors and logistics, and driving participation across teams
- Partner with the HRBP team to facilitate onboarding for current joiners, covering induction scheduling, documentation, workspace readiness and a seamless first-day experience
- Support exit formalities, including clearance coordination, exit documentation and handover follow-through with the relevant stakeholders
- Maintain HR trackers, records and dashboards — covering engagement participation, onboarding and exit status,



and activity budgets — to a high standard of accuracy and timeliness
- Develop creatives, posters, mailers and internal communication collateral, maintaining a consistent visual identity across every engagement touchpoint .
