We need a hardcore, street-smart HR intern to build the core foundation of our startup culture and hunt down top-tier talent. Your goal isn't just to "screen resumes"—it's to aggressively source the absolute best engineers, marketers, and operators who can help us build the biggest virtual trading app in India. Role & Responsibilities:

Aggressive Talent Acquisition: Hunt, screen, and recruit top-tier talent (like hardcore Flutter developers, Node.js engineers, and growth marketers) across platforms like LinkedIn, AngelList, and niche tech communities.

End-to-End Hiring Pipeline: Manage the entire hiring lifecycle—from writing killer job descriptions to conducting initial vibe-check calls and scheduling technical rounds with the founder.

Onboarding & Culture: Create a seamless, high-energy onboarding experience for new hires and help establish a hardcore, high-performance startup culture with zero corporate bureaucracy.

Brainstorm and execute creative strategies to position TradeX as the most exciting fintech startup for young talent to join. Requirements:

A "Jugaadu" and hardcore problem-solving mindset. You know how to track down the right candidates even if they aren't actively applying for jobs.

Exceptional communication and pitching skills (English & Hindi). You can sell the TradeX vision to potential candidates with high energy and conviction.
