Role Description The Human Resources Generalist cum Talent Acquisition Lead will manage core HR operations while driving end-to-end recruitment for the organization. This is a full-time, work-from-home role based out of Greater Delhi Area.

Day-to-day responsibilities include implementing HR policies, administering employee benefits, maintaining employee records, and supporting performance management processes. The role will also support talent acquisition activities such as sourcing candidates, conducting interviews,



coordinating with hiring managers,. This team member will also support onboarding, employee engagement initiatives, HR compliance, and act as a trusted point of contact for HR-related queries.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills, with experience across core HR functions.
- Candidates should possess skills in developing, implementing, and maintaining HR Policies aligned with organizational and legal requirements.
- Candidates should possess expertise in Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration, including handling enrollments, queries, and compliance, EPFO matters, etc.
- Candidates should possess experience in talent acquisition, including sourcing, interviewing, and coordinating hiring processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certification (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) is an advantage.
- Solid knowledge of local labor laws and HR best practices, preferably within the travel industry.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust across teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
