We are looking for a agile HR Executive / Senior Executive – Talent Acquisition to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in lab hiring and a strong background in end-to-end recruitment.

? Key Responsibilities:

- Manage full-cycle recruitment (sourcing to onboarding)
- Handle lab/diagnostic hiring (technicians, pathologists, lab staff, etc.)
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand requirements
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other channels
- Screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews
- Maintain candidate pipeline and ensure a great candidate experience

✅ Requirements:
- Minimum 2+ years of recruitment experience
- Mandatory: Experience in lab hiring / healthcare hiring
- Robust communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
