Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Develop and implement HR policies and processes.
- Manage onboarding, employee engagement, and performance reviews.
- Handle payroll coordination, attendance, leave management, and statutory compliance.
- Resolve employee relations matters and foster a positive work culture.
- Partner with department heads to plan workforce requirements.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.

Requirements

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-4 years of experience as an HR Manager or in a similar HR leadership role.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage HR operations in a rapid-paced manufacturing environment.
