Job Title: HR Executive

Qualification: Bachelor's Degree (HR/Business Administration preferred).

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Based on experience)

Employment Type: Full-timeWe are looking for an enthusiastic HR Executive with 1–2 years of experience to manage recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR documentation, and employee relations while supporting day-to-day HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage HR coordination activities, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and employee grievance resolution.
- Organize and support employee engagement initiatives and activities.
- Address employee queries and grievances, ensuring timely resolution or appropriate escalation.
- Prepare and share recruitment reports, hiring updates, and HR metrics.
- Communicate professionally with candidates and employees through email, phone, and messaging platforms.




- Ensure all recruitment and HR activities comply with company policies, HR procedures, and applicable regulations.
- Support day-to-day HR operations and perform other administrative responsibilities as assigned.
- Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, employee records, and HR documentation.(Physically & Digitally)

Required Skills

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and HRMS tools.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent coordination, organizational, and follow-up abilities.

Working Days : 6 days working culture (Mon - Sat) Work Mode : In person

Work Location : Chennai Perungudi

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
