Quore B2B Marketing is looking for an HR Executive with prior experience hiring for B2B Lead Generation and Demand Generation teams. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of recruiting Lead Generation Executives, Telemarketing Executives, and Appointment Setters for the US market. This role requires someone who is comfortable working 5 days a week from our Pune office and supporting hiring during the US shift. Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment for B2B Lead Generation and Demand Generation roles.

Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, referrals, and other recruitment channels.

Screen candidates for experience in MQL, SQL, BANT qualification, outbound calling, appointment setting, and US telemarketing campaigns.

Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure a smooth recruitment process.





Build and maintain a strong pipeline of quality candidates.

Handle offer rollouts, onboarding, and joining formalities.

Track recruitment metrics and maintain candidate databases.

Support employee engagement and HR operations as required.

Mandatory

Requirements

Minimum 2 year of recruitment experience.

Must have experience hiring for B2B Lead Generation/Demand Generation companies.

Experience hiring for

Lead Generation Executives

SDRs/BDRs

Appointment Setters

Telemarketing Executives

Robust understanding of MQL, SQL, BANT, outbound sales, and demand generation.

Hands-on experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and other sourcing platforms.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Comfortable working 5 days from the Pune office.
