About the Role

Content Vista is looking for an HR Executive to support and strengthen the people systems that drive our growth.

This is not a traditional HR role focused only on hiring or documentation. We are looking for someone who can attract exceptional talent, create a positive work culture, improve employee experience, support learning initiatives, and help build efficient HR processes.

You will work closely with leadership and department heads to ensure our people operations run smoothly while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous growth.

What You'll Do

Manage end-to-end recruitment across departments

Coordinate interviews, onboarding, and employee documentation

Support employee engagement and workplace culture initiatives

Assist in performance review and feedback processes

Coordinate learning and development programs

Maintain HR policies, SOPs, and employee records

Support managers with employee relations and conflict resolution

Track hiring, retention, attendance, and HR metrics

Organize team-building activities and internal events

Ensure compliance with company policies and HR documentation

Continuously improve employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle

What We're Looking For

1–3 years of experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, or HR Operations

Strong understanding of recruitment and hiring processes

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills





Strong organizational and time management skills

Detail-oriented with a process-driven mindset

Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism

Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment

High ownership and problem-solving attitude

Bonus If You Have

Experience in a marketing agency, startup, or service-based company

Familiarity with HRMS platforms and recruitment tools

Experience organizing employee engagement activities

Knowledge of performance management processes

Employer branding or campus hiring experience
