? Role Details

- Position: HR Executive
- Location: Kuvadva, Rajkot

? Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Staffing: Source, screen, and interview candidates to fulfill plant/office manpower requirements.
- Onboarding & Offboarding: Handle joining formalities, documentation, induction, and exit procedures.
- Attendance & Payroll: Track daily attendance, leave management, shift rosters, and assist with monthly payroll processing.
- Employee Relations: Address employee queries, resolve grievances, and foster a positive workplace culture.
- Statutory & Compliance: Support compliance management related to local labor laws, PF, ESIC, and factory regulations.
- HR Records: Maintain accurate employee databases and physical records.

? Key Requirements
- Education:



Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).
- Experience: Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in core HR generalist operations (Manufacturing/Industrial plant background is a plus).
- Good knowledge of local labor laws, compliance, and attendance/payroll systems.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS software.
