Role Description The Human Resources Director at Homeday will lead the overall HR strategy, policies, and operations to support a high-performing, inclusive, and engaged workforce. This full-time hybrid role is based in Noida, with flexibility for partial work from home.
Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, overseeing recruitment and talent acquisition, and managing onboarding and offboarding processes. The role will handle employee relations, performance management frameworks, and compliance with labor and employment laws, while advising senior leadership on organizational development and workforce planning.

Director will also drive initiatives in learning and development, compensation and advantages,
and culture-building to support business growth and employee well-being.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) management, including HR strategy and operations.
- Ability to design, implement, and update HR Policies that support organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in Employee Relations, including conflict resolution, employee engagement, and stakeholder communication.
- Experience with Performance Management systems, including goal setting, feedback processes, and appraisal frameworks.
- Sound knowledge of Labor and Employment Law and experience ensuring compliance with local regulations.
- Proven leadership experience in a senior HR role, preferably in a fast-growing or tech-enabled services environment.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to influence and partner with senior leadership.
- Strong analytical skills and familiarity with HR metrics, reporting, and HRIS tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; a master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is an advantage.
