Role Description The Human Resources Executive will manage day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, administering HR policies, and supporting recruitment and onboarding processes. The role involves handling employee relations matters, coordinating performance management activities, and assisting in the implementation of HR initiatives aligned with company goals.



The HR Executive will collaborate with leadership to ensure compliance with employment regulations, promote a positive and inclusive work culture, and support training and development programs.

Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR), with practical knowledge of HR Management and HR Operations.

Experience in Employee Relations, including conflict resolution, employee engagement, and fostering a respectful workplace.

Ability to develop, interpret, and implement HR Policies that align with organizational objectives and legal requirements.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with attention to detail and confidentiality.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.

Working knowledge of HR information systems and Microsoft Office or similar productivity tools.

Prior experience in an e-commerce, retail, or apparel environment is beneficial but not mandatory.
