About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment while supporting day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate should be skilled in talent acquisition, employee engagement, onboarding, and maintaining a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating with hiring managers, and closing positions.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract quality talent across departments.
- Coordinate onboarding and induction programs to ensure a seamless employee experience.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Handle day-to-day HR operations and provide timely support to employees and department heads.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities, events, and initiatives to enhance workplace culture.




- Manage attendance records, leave coordination, and employee communication.
- Support performance management processes, employee feedback, and development initiatives.
- Prepare HR reports, recruitment dashboards, and hiring status updates for management.
- Ensure a professional, employee-centric, and productive work environment.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5–6 years of experience in Human Resources, with a strong focus on recruitment and HR operations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Experience using recruitment portals and HRMS software is preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements and work in a rapid-paced environment.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).**
