Role Description The Human Resources Business Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the Mohali district. This role is responsible for overseeing HR operations, including developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws.

Manager will support workforce planning and succession planning, partner with leadership to address organizational needs, and drive initiatives that promote an inclusive and engaging workplace culture. Daily activities include advising managers on HR best practices, handling employee concerns, maintaining HR records,



and contributing to strategic HR projects that align with the company’s educational mission.

Qualifications

Robust foundation in Human Resources (HR) management, including HR operations and strategic HR planning.

Proven experience in Employee Relations, with the ability to handle conflict resolution and support a positive work environment.

Knowledge and practical experience in HR Policies, including developing, implementing, and updating guidelines and procedures.

Understanding of Succession Planning, talent development, and workforce planning to support organizational growth.

Solid grasp of Labor and Employment Law, with experience ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work on-site in Mohali district and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced certifications in HR are an advantage.

Experience in technology-enabled or education-focused organizations is beneficial.
