We are looking for an enthusiastic and organized HR Executive Intern to support the day-to-day activities of the Human Resources team. This is an entry-level position suitable for final-year students, fresh graduates or candidates looking to begin their career in HR. Degree or Tertiary Qualification is not required for the role.
The selected candidate will assist with recruitment, employee onboarding, HR documentation, attendance management, employee engagement and general HR administration. Key Responsibilities
Assist with posting job vacancies across recruitment platforms and social media.
Screen resumes and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Communicate with candidates regarding interview schedules, selection status and joining formalities.
Schedule, Support, Organize and Lead Candidate Interviews.
Support employee onboarding, induction and documentation processes.
Maintain employee records, personal files and HR databases.
Track employee attendance, leave and timesheets.
Assist with preparing experience letters and other exit documents.
Support employee engagement activities, events and internal communication.
Respond to basic employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures.
Assist with payroll-related data collection and verification.
Ensure confidentiality of employee and company information.
Perform other HR-related administrative duties as assigned by the HR Manager.
Must Have
Skills (Non-Negotiables)
Excellent English Language Skills - verbal and written communication.
Good knowledge of Computer Operations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and strong email communication.
Solid organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent Interpersonal Skills (you may be required to liaise with stakeholders such as Finance, Auditing and Legal).
Qualifications (Degree NOT required)
People looking to start their career in HR (degree not required) and final-year students (any degree) may apply.
Previous HR internship experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Positive attitude, willingness to learn and attention to detail.
