What you will do Onboarding and New Hire Experience
Manage end-to-end pre-joining and onboarding formalities including document collection and BGV initiation
Coordinate Day 1 activities with stakeholders across IT, Admin, and hiring managers
Maintain and improve onboarding checklists, ensuring 100% completion and audit-readiness
Own the HRIS data entry and system setup for new joiners, ensuring accuracy from Day 1 Offboarding & Exit Management
Manage the full exit lifecycle including resignation processing, notice period tracking and exit checklist
Ensure timely recovery of company assets and access revocation in coordination with IT and Admin
Own the end-to-end exit process, including timely closure of F&F; and work with all stakeholders, IT, finance and workspace facilities Employee Lifecycle & Data Management
Identify gaps in existing processes and SOP improvements
Maintain the accuracy and integrity of master data; conduct periodic self audits on onboarding and exit trackers
Generate HR MIS reports, dashboards, and ad hoc analytics for onboarding and exit What we need MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent postgraduate qualification
2-3 years of hands-on experience in HR Operations with strong focus on employee lifecycle processes
Proficiency with HRIS platforms (e.g., Darwinbox, SAP SuccessFactors)
Strong MS Excel / Google Sheets skills; ability to work with large data sets, pivot tables, and formulae
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
Identify gaps in existing processes and SOP improvements
