Position: Assistant Manager – HR Analytics & Strategic Projects (CHRO Office)

Location: Thrissur

Reporting To: HR Head

Role Summary

We are looking for an analytical and execution-oriented HR professional to support the CHRO Office through HR analytics, strategic projects, process improvement, and project governance. The role focuses on transforming HR data into business insights, driving key initiatives, and ensuring effective execution across the HR function.

Key Responsibilities

HR Analytics

- Develop HR dashboards using Power BI and Advanced Excel.
- Analyze HR metrics including headcount, hiring, attrition, productivity, manpower cost, training, and engagement.
- Generate business insights and recommend improvement actions.
- Ensure accurate and timely HR reporting.

Strategic Projects

- Support the HR Head in planning and executing strategic HR initiatives.
- Conduct research, benchmarking, and business analysis.
- Prepare project plans, presentations, and leadership updates.
- Track project milestones, risks, and deliverables.

Project Governance

- Coordinate and monitor HR projects across teams.
- Maintain project trackers, dashboards, and review schedules.
- Facilitate project review meetings and follow-up actions.

Process Improvement

- Identify opportunities to simplify and automate HR processes.
- Work with HRMS, IT, and business teams to implement digital solutions.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across HR.





Leadership Support

- Prepare management reports, dashboards, and presentations.
- Support workforce planning, budgeting, and organizational reviews.
- Coordinate cross-functional HR initiatives.

Required Skills

- Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, Power Pivot, Dashboards)
- Power BI (DAX, Data Modelling, Visualization)
- HR Analytics & Workforce Reporting
- Project Management
- PowerPoint Presentation Skills
- Process Improvement & Automation
- HRMS knowledge (SAP SuccessFactors, Darwinbox, Workday, Oracle HCM) is an advantage.

Qualifications

- MBA/MSW/PGDM in Human Resources
- 3–7 years of experience in HR Analytics, HR Strategy, HR Projects, HRBP, or CHRO Office roles
- Power BI/Data Analytics certification preferred

- Ensure timely completion of strategic HR projects.
- Improve HR process efficiency through automation.
- Strengthen project governance and reporting.
- Act as a trusted strategic partner to the HR Head.
