Role Description The Human Resources Administrator (Manager) will manage day-to-day HR operations to support employees and leadership at Nexfore Consulting. This full-time, on-site role based in Goregaon includes administering benefits, maintaining HR records, and overseeing HRIS data accuracy.

The role involves managing recruitment processes, onboarding and offboarding, and ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws. The HR Administrator (Manager) will coordinate performance management activities, support training and development initiatives, and handle employee relations matters. This position works closely with management to implement HR policies, improve HR processes, and contribute to a positive, inclusive work environment.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with experience handling core HR operations and employee lifecycle activities.
- Hands-on experience with Benefits Administration, including enrollment, changes,



and employee communication.
- Proficiency in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), with the ability to manage employee data, generate reports, and support HR analytics.
- Knowledge of Labor and Employment Law and experience applying regulations to policies, contracts, and HR practices.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; professional HR certifications are an advantage.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to work with diverse teams and levels of seniority.
- Demonstrated organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a rapid-paced environment.
- Experience in consulting or safety-focused organizations is a plus, along with familiarity with training and documentation processes.
