About the Role

TrustPaisa is looking for an experienced HR professional to join as an HR Intern. The role focuses on conducting one-on-one discussions with employees, identifying real-time concerns, and providing actionable insights to help the HR team improve employee experience and workplace practices.

Understand employee concerns, suggestions, and workplace challenges.

Identify recurring themes and recommend practical HR interventions.

Share structured feedback and actionable insights with the HR team.





Guide the HR team on improving employee engagement and workplace practices.

Maintain confidentiality and professionalism.

Support initiatives to improve employee satisfaction and retention.

Eligibility

•

Age: 60 to 75 years.

Minimum 25 years of Human Resources experience.

Solid expertise in Employee Relations, HR Operations, Compliance, and Performance

Management.

Excellent communication, listening, mentoring, and interpersonal skills.

Willing to work from the Bengaluru office.
