Role & Responsibilities

- Plan, coordinate, and execute Learning & Development (L&D;) initiatives across the organization.

- Identify training needs and prepare the annual training calendar.

- Organize technical, behavioral, leadership, and compliance training programs.

- Drive employee engagement initiatives, rewards & recognition programs, and wellness activities.

- Conduct employee engagement surveys and implement action plans.

- Manage the end-to-end onboarding and induction process for current hires.

- Coordinate with department heads to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

- Maintain training records, HR dashboards, and MIS reports.

- Support Performance Management System (PMS) and competency development initiatives.

- Coordinate with external training partners and internal stakeholders for effective program delivery.





Preferred Candidate Profile

- MBA/MSW in Human Resources or equivalent.

- 5-8 years of experience in Learning & Development, Employee Engagement, and Onboarding.

- Strong knowledge of training need identification (TNI), employee engagement, and learning interventions.

- Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.

- Hands-on experience with HRMS and Microsoft Office.

- Ability to manage multiple HR initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

- Experience in a manufacturing or engineering organization will be an added advantage.
