Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for inside sales, academic counsellors, BDE, and other sales roles.

- Handle bulk/volume hiring to meet aggressive monthly hiring targets.

- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, walk-ins, references, and field sourcing strategies.

- Conduct HR screening calls to assess communication, sales aptitude, and cultural fit.

- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure quick turnaround time.

- Drive offer rollout, salary negotiation, and joining follow-ups to improve the offer-to-join ratio.

- Maintain strong candidate pipeline and daily recruitment trackers.

- Monitor hiring metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and conversion ratios.

- Ensure smooth onboarding coordination with the HR Ops team.

- Build talent pool for continuous hiring needs in a quick-scaling environment.

Requirements

- Advanced skills in MS Excel, PPT.
