Role Description The Human Resource (HR) Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division. This role is responsible for overseeing end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement.
The HR Manager will develop, implement, and update HR policies, manage employee benefits and compensation programs, and ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards. Day-to-day tasks include providing guidance to managers on personnel matters, resolving employee concerns, maintaining accurate HR records,
and supporting training and development initiatives. The HR Manager will collaborate closely with leadership to build a positive, inclusive workplace culture aligned with Green En’s mission and values.
Qualifications
- Solid foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, including experience managing end-to-end HR operations.
- Ability to develop, implement, and maintain HR Policies that support organizational goals and comply with relevant regulations.
- Experience administering Employee Benefits and compensation programs, with attention to fairness and transparency.
- Proficiency in Personnel Management, including performance management, conflict resolution, and employee relations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) are an advantage.
- Knowledge of local labor laws and HR best practices in India, particularly relevant to the Pune Division.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Experience in the energy or infrastructure sector is beneficial, along with a demonstrated commitment to ethical and inclusive HR practices.
