Be the force behind our growth. Partner with hiring managers, source exceptional talent, build strong pipelines, run interviews, close offers, and deliver an outstanding candidate experience. Our goal: 100% in-house hiring with zero agency dependency.

Build Talent Pipelines That Scale

Leverage LinkedIn, referrals, networking, campus hiring, and creative sourcing to build future-ready talent pools across Engineering, Product, Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Corporate functions.

Make LogisticsNow a Talent Magnet

Own our employer brand across LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and AmbitionBox. Showcase our culture, celebrate milestones, and create content that attracts high-quality talent before we even reach out.

Create an Employee Experience People Talk About





From onboarding and engagement to town halls, recognition programs, Fun Fridays, and feedback initiatives—you'll help create a culture where people feel valued, connected, and inspired to do their best work.

Keep People Operations Running Smoothly

Own HR operations including payroll coordination, compliance, HRIS, employee records, policies, and day-to-day HR support—ensuring everything runs seamlessly behind the scenes.

Partner with Leaders to Build Great Teams

Work directly with founders and business leaders to solve hiring challenges, improve people processes, and build high-performing teams that fuel LogisticsNow's next stage of growth.

- Love hiring, building relationships, and getting things done.
