Talen Acquisition & Stakeholder Management

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for Insurance business roles across multiple verticals.

- Partner closely with Hiring Managers, HRBPs, and business leaders to understand hiring requirements and workforce plans.

- Develop sourcing strategies to attract quality talent within defined timelines.

- Build and maintain solid candidate pipelines for critical and recurring positions.

Sourcing & Candidate Management

- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, consultants, and market networking.

- Screen profiles and assess candidates based on role fitment, competencies, and organizational culture.

- Conduct preliminary interviews and coordinate further assessment rounds.

- Ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.

Recruitment Operations

- Drive offer management, salary negotiations, and pre-joining engagement.

- Maintain recruitment trackers, dashboards, and MIS reports.

- Ensure adherence to recruitment policies, approval processes, and compliance requirements.

- Coordinate with vendors and external recruitment partners for critical hiring mandates.
