Essential Skills:



Multi geography experience in term of recruitment and team management is preferable as the TCS team will be based out of India and Philippines.Experience and clear understanding of RPO business| SLAs| KPIs| Compliance and controlsExperience in ATS and recruitment tools like Avature/others is a mustEnsure building and maintenance of candidate repository & pipeline Tracking| control & reporting; Doing root cause analysis| identifying trends and putting corrective and preventive measures in place driving improvementsKnowledge of upstream /downstream process connectivityStrong experience in stakeholder managementOpen to cover US shift as and when required.
