We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our Human Resources and Administrative functions. This role will provide hands-on exposure to recruitment, employee coordination, HR operations, and office administration.

Responsibilities:

- Assist in recruitment activities including candidate sourcing, resume screening, interview coordination, and maintaining recruitment records.
- Support employee onboarding, documentation, joining formalities,



and maintaining employee records and HR databases.
- Assist in HR operations including attendance, leave management, HR reports, and employee documentation.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and support various HR initiatives.
- Manage office administration tasks, documentation, and day-to-day coordination activities.
- Provide support to internal teams for smooth HR and administrative operations.

Skills Required:

- Pursuing or recently completed BBA/MBA in HR or related field.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle employee information.
- Positive attitude with willingness to learn and take ownership of responsibilities.
