We are looking for a dynamic and people-oriented HR Business Partner (HRBP) Executive to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will partner with business leaders to support employee engagement, performance management, employee relations, talent development, and HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business teams to support business objectives and workforce planning.
- Manage onboarding, confirmations, transfers, and exits.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives.
- Handle employee relations and grievances.
- Support performance management cycles.
- Coordinate with Talent Acquisition
- Ensure HR policy compliance.
- Prepare HR reports and metrics.
- Conduct HR connect sessions.
- Support organizational development.
Pay: ₹300,000.06 - ₹600,000.00 per year
