As we prepare for our next phase of rapid scaling, we are looking for a high-energy, ambitious, and execution-focused HR & Talent Acquisition Lead to join us on the ground floor.

Position Overview

You will be the primary engine driving our tutor network growth—headhunting, screening, onboarding, and managing relationships with top educators across India.

Key Responsibilities

- Proactive Sourcing & Headhunting: Actively search for, identify, and reach out to experienced online tutors across India. Pitch our platform benefits and convince top teaching talent to join us.




- Screening & Quality Assurance: Review inbound applications from our career portal. Conduct initial discussions to evaluate candidate credibility, teaching experience, and communication skills.
- Pipeline & Interview Management: Shortlist qualified candidates and schedule interview rounds with the Academic Director.
- Tutor Onboarding & Workshops: Host weekly live onboarding sessions (e.g., Saturdays) for newly selected tutors. Walk them through the company culture, payout models, portal usage, and guidelines, while answering queries clearly and patiently. (Session frequency may increase as we scale).
- Tutor Relationship Management: Serve as the single point of contact (SPOC) for onboarded tutors via official communication channels, resolving queries and ensuring high partner satisfaction.
- Target-Driven Execution: Work towards clear weekly metrics (number of tutors contacted, screened, and onboarded) established alongside leadership.
- Strategic Alignment & Performance Reviews: Participate in weekly review calls with the Academic Director and Business Head to assess goals, analyze bottlenecks, and refine hiring strategies.
- End-to-End HR Ownership:



Take full ownership of tutor acquisition and onboarding operations, demonstrating agility and adaptability inherent to a thriving startup culture.
