About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Talent Acquisition Executive to join our recruitment team. This role is ideal for freshers or candidates with up to one year of experience who are passionate about hiring, candidate engagement, and building a strong talent pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and employee referrals.

Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.

Conduct telephonic interviews and initial candidate assessments.

Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Post job openings on various recruitment platforms.





Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.

Coordinate walk-in drives and recruitment events.

Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Eligibility

MBA (HR), BBA, or any Graduate.

0–1 year of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment (Freshers are welcome to apply).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and HR practices.

Familiarity with MS Excel, MS Word, and job portals is an added advantage.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
