Job Summary:

The Sales Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-performing sales professionals to drive company growth. This role requires a strong understanding of sales profiles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage the full recruitment cycle — from identifying talent to onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:

- Partner with sales leaders to understand hiring needs and define role requirements.
- Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top sales talent (field sales, inside sales, channel sales, etc.).
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, networking, employee referrals, and social media.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on experience, skills, and cultural fit.
- Conduct initial interviews and coordinate further evaluation with hiring managers.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process — job posting, scheduling, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
- Maintain and update recruitment databases and reports.
- Build a strong talent pipeline for future sales openings.




- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Stay updated with current trends in sales recruitment and compensation structures.

Qualification & Experience:

- MBA in HR
- Minimum 10 years of experience in recruitment in retail segment (preferably with a focus on sales hiring)

- Preferable in Building Materials
