- Experience in recruitment and talent acquisition
- Good knowledge of Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other job portals
- Robust communication and coordination skills
- Good command over MS Excel and MIS reporting
- Ability to manage end-to-end recruitment activities

Key Responsibilities:

- Candidate sourcing, screening, and shortlisting
- Interview coordination and scheduling
- Job posting management
- Maintaining recruitment trackers and MIS reports
- Candidate engagement and follow-ups
- Supporting hiring requirements across departments
