Job Title: HR Recruiter (Fresher / Experienced)

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing. Freshers with excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply, while experienced recruiters should be able to manage end-to-end hiring independently.

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and referrals.
- Conduct telephonic interviews and initial candidate assessments.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
- Post job openings on various hiring platforms.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience.

Eligibility:

Fresher/experience

- MBA/PGDM (HR)



or Graduate with a strong interest in recruitment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office.

Experienced Candidates:
- 1–3+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Experience with job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Ability to handle end-to-end recruitment.
- Strong negotiation and coordination skills.

Required Skills:
- Good verbal and written communication.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Basic computer proficiency.

Salary:
- Freshers: As per company standards.
- Experienced: Competitive salary based on experience and skills.

Immediate joiners will be preferred. Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
