About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Recruiter to join our HR team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in IT and Non-IT recruitment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage the complete recruitment lifecycle. Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT positions.

- Understand hiring requirements by coordinating with department heads and hiring managers.

- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.

- Screen resumes, conduct initial telephonic interviews, and shortlist suitable candidates.

- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and interview panels.

- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

- Negotiate salary and manage offer rollouts.

- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.

- Coordinate with HR for onboarding formalities after candidate selection.





- Meet hiring timelines and recruitment targets.

Required Skills

- 1–3 years of experience in IT and Non-IT recruitment.

- Good understanding of recruitment strategies and sourcing techniques.

- Experience using job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.

- Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.

- Good organizational and time management skills.

- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Google Sheets.

- Self-motivated with a proactive approach.

Qualification

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or any related field.

- MBA/PGDM in HR will be an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Female candidate preferred.

- Must be willing to work from the Valsad office.

- Positive attitude with strong coordination and relationship-building skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle recruitment targets.
