Key Responsibilities - Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.

- Post job openings on job portals, social media, and other hiring platforms.
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for café operations, corporate, kitchen, and management roles.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Conduct initial HR interviews and evaluate candidate suitability.
- Maintain a solid pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Coordinate offer letters, documentation, background verification, and onboarding.
- Build relationships with colleges, recruitment agencies, and hiring partners.
- Maintain recruitment databases and prepare weekly hiring reports.
- Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns.
- Work closely with department heads to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities.





Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 1–3 years of recruitment experience (hospitality, retail, QSR, or café industry preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience using job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
- Excellent organizational and coordination skills.
- Ability to handle multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and MS Office.
- Positive attitude with a strong sense of ownership and confidentiality.

Preferred Skills - Experience in bulk hiring and volume recruitment.

- Knowledge of HR documentation and onboarding processes.
- Strong negotiation and candidate engagement skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet hiring deadlines.
