Job Title: HR Recruiter

We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to handle end-to-end recruitment and ensure timely hiring as per business requirements.

Location: Delhi / NCR

Job Type: Permanent | Full time

Experience: 1–2 Years

Qualification: Any Graduate or MBA

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and update job descriptions
- Screen incoming resumes and application forms
- Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person)
- Advertise job openings on company’s careers page, social media, etc
- Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers

Key Skills:

- Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
- Experience with sourcing techniques
- Understanding of referral programs
- Solid verbal and written communication skills
- Sound judgement

Requirements:

- 1-2 years of experience in Non IT Recruitment
- Excellent communication.
