We're looking for a energetic Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment for sales roles, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer management.
Role & responsibilities -
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, recruitment agencies, and other hiring channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' suitability.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure a seamless recruitment process.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified sales professionals.
- Understand business hiring requirements and deliver quality profiles within defined timelines.
- Negotiate compensation, roll out offers, and follow up until candidate onboarding.
Preferred candidate profile -
- 3-5 years of experience in Recruitment with prior experience hiring for Real Estate Sales roles is preferred
- Strong sourcing, screening, and interview coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple positions in a fast-paced environment
- Immediate joiners preferred
