1. He/ She will be responsible for the HR/Recruitment staffing with Good English proficiency and Hiring from our Coimbatore office.
2. Sourcing Candidates through different channels, and out-of-the-box / unconventional methods are always welcome.
3. He/ She should be capable of screening the candidates based on the Skill Set / Experience / Credibility & Stability of the candidate, which the vacancy position demands.
4. Scheduling/Conducting Personal F2F Interviews and shortlisting for the final interview with the Director.
Job Role & Responsibilities
- Proven professional experience working as an HR Recruiter,
Talent Acquisition Specialist, or equivalent full-cycle recruiting role.
- Communication Skills: Solid interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to confidently pitch opportunities.
- Task Organization: Strong time-management capabilities, enabling the management of multiple open requirements simultaneously
