About the Company

John Galt International is a leading manufacturer of Process Equipment, Defence Equipment, and Heavy Engineering Solutions with over 45 years of industry experience. We are looking for a proactive HR Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment and support core HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting suitable candidates to fill organizational vacancies.
- Source and scrutinize resumes through various job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, WorkIndia, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.
- Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers.
- Conduct HR interviews and evaluate candidate suitability based on job requirements.
- Follow up with shortlisted candidates regarding interview status, offer acceptance, and joining formalities.
- Handle employee onboarding and orientation, ensuring a smooth induction process for new hires.
- Collect, verify, and maintain employee joining documents, ensuring all records are complete and compliant.
- Maintain and regularly update the Employee FMS (Employee Master) Sheet with accurate employee information.
- Update and maintain the company organogram,



ensuring accurate reporting structures and departmental hierarchy.
- Coordinate with recruitment consultancies and external hiring partners.
- Prepare recruitment reports and maintain candidate databases.
- Support employee engagement and maintain positive employee relations.
- Ensure HR documentation is maintained accurately and confidentially.
- Assist in other HR operations as assigned by management.

Required Skills
- Strong recruitment and talent acquisition experience.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, WorkIndia, and other hiring platforms.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent coordination and follow-up abilities.
- Strong documentation and organizational skills.
- in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Sheets.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.

Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in Recruitment and HR Operations.
