Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR Recruiter to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years of recruitment experience, preferably in the manufacturing sector, with a strong understanding of sourcing, screening, and hiring blue-collar and white-collar talent.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for manufacturing and corporate roles.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Coordinate joining formalities and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
- Build relationships with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements.
- Maintain recruitment databases, candidate records, and hiring reports.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions while maintaining quality hiring standards.
- Participate in job fairs, campus drives,



and other recruitment initiatives as required.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
- Experience hiring both blue-collar and white-collar employees.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment portals and sourcing techniques.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic HRMS tools.
- Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements and meet recruitment deadlines.

- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
