About the Role

We are hiring Recruiters who will be responsible for hiring Field Sales Executives/ (on-ground recruiters) for a large-scale Jio project.

You will help build a strong field team in your city who will further onboard freelance sales associates.

Your Key Responsibility

- Hire Field Executives in your city
- Each recruiter will onboard ~minimum10 field executives(As per the target assigned)
- Continuously hire to replace dropouts and maintain team strength
- Ensure quality hiring (candidates should be active and target-driven)

What You Will Do

- Source candidates through job portals, WhatsApp groups, social media, and local networks
- Screen and shortlist candidates
- Conduct basic interviews (call/face-to-face)
- Coordinate onboarding and joining
- Track daily hiring numbers and report progress
- Occasionally visit field to understand hiring quality

Requirements

Requirements (Must Have)

- Experience in bulk hiring / field hiring




- Good communication skills (Hindi + local language)
- Comfortable with target-based hiring
- Basic knowledge of job portals and social media hiring
- Ability to work fast and handle high volumes

Preferred Experience

- Hiring for field roles (sales executives, delivery staff, promoters, etc.)
- Experience in startup / high-growth setting
