- End-to-End Recruitment for Bulk Hiring: Manage the recruitment process for high-volume hiring within customer service and operations teams, ensuring top talent is quickly identified and onboarded.
- Sourcing Candidates: Leverage job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, and walk-ins to find qualified candidates for operational roles in a quick-paced environment.
- Screening and Interviewing: Conduct initial screenings and telephonic interviews and schedule walk-in drives for shortlisted candidates.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers and department heads to understand staffing needs and coordinate workforce planning.
- Recruitment Campaigns and Job Fairs: Organize and manage recruitment campaigns, job fairs, and hiring events to attract a diverse pool of potential candidates.
