Job Overview:-

We are looking for a proactive and energetic HR Recruiter to join our recruitment team. This role is focused on field recruitment for large-scale warehouse hiring. The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing candidates, conducting initial screenings, managing walk-in drives, and handling bulk candidate lineups to meet hiring targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct field recruitment activities to attract warehouse associates and other blue-collar workforce.
- Source candidates through job fairs, local networks, placement agencies, and field visits.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Manage and coordinate bulk candidate lineups for interviews and joining.
- Conduct preliminary interviews and document verification.
- Coordinate with warehouse operations and hiring managers to ensure smooth recruitment.
- Maintain daily recruitment reports and candidate databases.
- Ensure timely closure of bulk hiring requirements while maintaining quality standards.
- Build relationships with local communities, training institutes,



and recruitment partners to create a steady talent pipeline.

Requirements:-

- 0–3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in bulk hiring or blue-collar recruitment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively for field recruitment activities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and achieve hiring targets.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment documentation.

Preferred Skills:-

- Experience in warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, or staffing recruitment.
- Strong candidate screening and interviewing skills.
- Good organizational and coordination abilities.
